First time stepping into a hot studio? Here's everything you need to know to feel ready.

Before Your First Class

Hydrate

Drink plenty of water in the hours leading up to your class. The room runs hot.

Arrive Early

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first class. We'll show you around the studio.

What to Wear

Light, breathable activewear. The less fabric, the more comfortable you'll be.

What to Bring

A yoga mat, a large towel, and a water bottle. Rentals are available if you're light.

Eat Light

Avoid heavy meals two hours before class. A light snack is perfectly fine.

Listen In

Take breaks when you need them. Sitting down in the room is part of the practice.
